Thank you for visiting and shopping at PatchFiend.com. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit days for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of receiving the email.

We use USPS and UPS for most domestic orders, and the best available carrier for international destinations, all of which provide tracking.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

PatchFiend.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, duties, import taxes, VAT, etc.).

By placing an international order, you acknowledge that you are responsible for checking your country's regulations and that the package may be subject to customs duties and fees. If you refuse the package due to customs fees, your refund may be processed for the product cost only, and you will be responsible for the original shipping charges and any return shipping fees incurred.

 

Damages

PatchFiend.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged or your package is lost, please contact the shipment carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.) to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We are happy to assist you by providing any necessary documentation for your claim.
